WeBiz is a new socio-economic-business venture of the Pala Real Estate Group. They have developed an easy-to-use online business application for renting office space on an hourly basis that maximizes profitability for property owners. Their vision is that “every person will be able to rent a private office at a high level and realize their business potential.” They are currently using a large office complex they own in Israel for development and examination and are hoping to expand to the global rental market. We helped by researching the European real estate market and deciding which cities are potential viable markets they could launch in.
